2.Q: How will my order be shipped? Is it safe? A: Small parcels will be shipped by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS). Large shipments will be delivered by air or sea. All goods are packed according to export standards to prevent damage during transit. 
3.Q: What is your delivery time? A: For in-stock items: 5-7 working days after payment. For customized/out-of-stock items: depends on order quantity. 
4.Q: Can you provide samples? Are they free? A: Yes. We usually provide 2-3 free samples of standard products for testing.
